The bolt handles are in different places. EGW does a really good job of listing any compatible models, so if they do not include it, it's not compatible.

The Evolution Gun Works HD CZ 457 11mm Picatinny Rail is built from tough 7075 T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and are Type III hard-coat anodized. The EGW CZ 457 Mount has full-length Picatinny cross slots to provide a solid platform for optics and other accessories. The EGW CZ 457 Scope Rail is a one-piece scope mount, so it completely covers the receiver. The Picatinny rail slots run the full length of the rail, which gives you plenty of accomodations for mounting Rifle Scope rings and other accessories.
