This item is just a vest after 2 conversations with chat I was told that plates came with item however the pockets were empty. I would not recommend this product probably be pretty rough on skin without shirt underneath and not concealable.

One of their most popular ballistic vests for years, this Classic External Vest provides protection tested up to level III-A (ambient) and resists up to .44mag rounds, including lower rounds such as 9mm and .357 sig.

The Classic External Vest snugly fits over the users clothes. The shoulders adjust with strong and durable velcro, and here is also a velcro strap around the bottom of the vest to make sure it securely fits to the users body.
