No it does not, it will move about 20-30 degrees when locked in to the mount.

Is this standard .375 in diameter at the bottom ? I need a larger one if so to attach to the other side of my stock on psa10 gen 3 but not finding any Expert Answer

I saw a few reviews saying that this isn’t of high quality, but it’s been working perfectly for me. I’ve tested it by yanking and jerking on the mount, and it’s stayed solid. Also, the price is spot-on. Definitely recommend.

These qd's work good and seem to be of good quality. No issues yet and I think were a good value. No problem connecting and holding firm in a magpul qd mount. Also no issues with connecting to the qd hole on my aeroprecision handrail.
