Product Info for Faxon Firearms Streamline Handguard 1
These AR Handguards are basically Faxon's low profile forends in every respect. They are noticeably narrower and shorter than a typical handguard, yet feature a scalloped top rail and a scalloped rail base. This was done intentionally to allow for a more streamlined appearance for the AR platform. Faxon's utilitarian handguard designs can be mounted in a variety of positions, especially a more tactical one, but they can also be mounted to extend the handguard and still be highly functional. This is accomplished by using a barrel nut and a tri-clamp system. The handguard includes the barrel nut, two screws for clamping, and a small rolled lip to help with installation. No tools required for mounting!
