Product Info for First Edge Survival Knife

The FirstEdge Survival Tactical Knife is ideal for military, outdoor and survival situations. These Fixed Blade Knives from First Edge feature full-tang ELMAX stainless steel blades that are heat treated for superior hardness. The FirstEdge Rugged Survival Knife comes with an equally rugged sheath that locks the blade in place and then releases it with positive thumb pressure for quick, safe deployment. The rugged blade, sure-grip handle and Kydex sheath all come together to make the FirstEdge Survival Full Tang Knife a perfect tool for almost anyone.image

Features of FirstEdge Survival Fixed Blade Knife:

  • Full tang fixed blade knife designed in partnership with U.S. Special Forces and is currently used in training and deployment.
  • ELMAX Stainless Steel Blade .235" thick, hardened to 60-61 HRC for extremely high wear resistance, superior corrosion resistance, high compressive strength, and excellent dimensional stability that retains size and form under rugged use.
  • Tough enough for the most arduous tasks for military personnel on the battlefield and for outdoorsmen and survivalists out in the field.
  • Coarse Textured Black G-10 handle scales are extremely strong, impervious to moisture and highly heat-resistant.
  • Flat Ground Blade.
  • Striking pommel.
  • Lanyard hole.
  • Stainless steel hex fasteners.
  • Black oxide finish on blade and fasteners.
  • Tri-Composite Knife Sheath constructed of precision-formed Kydex panels, with 2 hardened stainless steel liners in between. Hard-coated stainless steel Hex fasteners.
  • Compartments and drain holes in sheath to drain moisture and debris.
  • Sheath withstands hard field conditions.
  • Knives snap securely into sheath ensuring safe carry.
