With its unrivalled low weight of only 580 grams at 161 cm, the Fischer VERTICALP is the secret weapon for racers. This ski utilizes specially developed, patented technology designed for the Nordic sector's extreme weight-reduction targets; the new carbon structure offers an even better balance of flex and torsion. These enhanced looks and a considerable reduction in weight compared to existing carbon structures allow you to see and feel the difference on the mountain. Aeroshape construction creates a streamlined surface form resulting in energy efficiency: snow resistance is reduced in the climb and the ski glides with less resistance in the downhill. The mass (and thus, ski's center of gravity) is concentrated centrally, around the longitudinal axis, allowing for better longitudinal stability and balance while climbing and smoother skiing on the downhill run.
