Product Info for Flexcut Dual-Sided Paddle Strop
This 14.75" Paddle Strop features leather on both sides of an American Walnut and an American Hickory handle. The strop is 14.75" overall, and includes a leather tab on the back. The leather is proprietary and is top quality. The strop makes a great sharpening steel. It is reversible and can be used on either side. Once the leather is worn down, turn the blade and wipe away the excess leather with a dry towel. There is a small snap at the end of the strop to remove the leather. This takes the strop down to just the leather on one side, and then use the other side to lubricate the blade and clean any excess oil or dirt from the blade. The other side can be used to strop the other tool.
