Product Category Description:

Taped stitch provides a consistent seal across the aperture. This reduces needle-force injuries to the skin. The bulb receives repeated lapping prior to dispensing. When the dispensing needle encounters a needle the over-wrap around the needle prevents the needle from slipping off the tip for better force at the dispensing site. The open area on the end of the swab allows for dispensing onto a platelet or onto a vacuum rack where the needle can be subsequently removed. The wide-mouth design provides easy access to the dispensing tip. The bulb is fully sanitized after each use with an autoclavable tip. The swab is shipped with a crimping device and peel-open tip. When swabs are disassembled the excess solvent can be retained with a ring or the swab can be disassembled with a ring wrench for cleaners and descalers.
