How does it work, do you mix it with water, or another way Manufacturer Answer

This is an oil base lube that can be used with a pad, does not need mixed with water. We have found the most effective way is to tip the bottle over your finger, then use the amount that is on your finger to lube ~ 3-4 cases by twisting them between your fingers.
