The Forward Controls Design Adapter Plate is designed for GLOCK Gen 5 MOS pistols (excluding slimline models) to securely attach the EOTECH EFLX mini red dot sight to your slide. Featuring tight tolerances and front/rear fences and posts, it ensures minimal movement and a stable fit for your optic. Made from heat-treated billet 4140 steel with a black nitride coating for added durability.image

Note: The OPF-G-EFLX adapter plate comes with plate to slide mounting screws, but not the sight to plate screws that come with the EOTECH EFLX sight.
