What is the life expectancy for lithium batteries as opposed to regular 1.5 volt rechargeable types? Expert Answer

That's a difficult question to answer. Everyone's usage is different - no lone just leaves a unit on until thee batteries are depleted.

Where lithium batteries shine, is with their shelf life (10+ years), their performance in cold weather and the weight savings over other types of batteries.
