No, this one is too small to hold 20 gauge shotgun shells. Galati makes a different model built for shotgun shells.

I bought this shotgun bandoleer for a defensive shotgun setup. This does load up to 56 shells as described and you can easily sling this over your neck for easy shell access. I would recommend this as a viable defense option for tube-fed shotguns.
