Will the long one work with an AR-10(Palmetto PA-10 to be exact) without interfering with the ejection port?

Both rails take up the same length of your rifle rail. That is 12 lugs in length of riser. The longer riser is for extra scope lengths needed for certain optics or added night vision devices. in most cases. the shorter riser will be the best choice. Less expensive also!!
