Great Option When There Aren't Many
Adapter is made very well and very easy to install. The downside is that GG&G states that the new SureFire Ultra (and Turbo) models will not work with this adapter. GG&G states on their website that it will void the warranty.

The only real choice
The only real choice to convert your HK USP proprietary rail to Picatinny. There is another product out there, but this one appears sturdier. No issues attaching this piece to the USP, and no issues attaching various TLRs to it. I recommend this one ...

Works great with the Olight Baldr Mini flashlight
It can be installed firmly without any shaking. The adapter is thin so that the flashlight does not drop too low above the trigger housing.

The best choice
Works perfectly but, depending on what light you use, it may sit a little too far forward. I have the TLR-1 and have a hard time reaching the switch with my dominant hand.
