Giottos L-Type Sliding Plate MH680 is a unique plate design for the top of your Giottos tripod. These Giottos tripod accessories attach effortlessly to the top of your tripod using a simple 1/4" camera screw, but it allows your digital cameras to defy gravity. Built in the L shape from which it gets its name, the tripod accessory allows your camera to access the full range of the panoramic axis for easier panoramic photos. Your camera can be simply rotated either along the horizontal or the vertical axis, allowing you to take flawless panorama photos from any orientation. The Giottos L Style Tripod Sliding Plate feature dual 1/4" and 3/8" camera threads, allowing you to mount almost any digital camera or camcorder. Giottos has constructed the L Plate with a non-scratching cork top, both vertical and horizontal safety retention strips, and a safety button that stops your camera from falling off the plate during adjustments and rotation. This camera plate has been designed for use with several Giottos quick release plates, including the Giottos MH655, MH656, MH657, and MH658.
