Get quick release capability with the Gitzo Series 5 Magnesium Quick Release D Profile Adapter to a head that doesn't have a quick release mechanism. This tripod profile adapter engineered by the experts at Gitzo comes with an Arca-style plate (GS5370D), and will also take most manufacturers' Arca-compatible plates. The Gitzo Quick Release Adapter Series 5 Magnesium D Profile truly adapts as it comes with a 3/8" thread and a 1/4"-3/8" screw adapter included to convert it to a 1/4" thread.image
