Standard fabric takes 45 minutes and uses 20 gauge needles. Quality takes time. Mini-perforations are woven into the fabric to increase airflow, speed up dry time and decrease weight. They&';re small and mighty but do not dominate the aesthetic of the shirt. Antimicrobial treatment is added into the fibers themselves, before the fabric is woven in Italy. This process ensures a significantly longer lifespan of odor resistance across repeated washings. Lesser fabrics are simply coated after they&';re milled - which wears off in just a few cycles of a high powered washing machine. UPF 35 (this provides 97%+ coverage) to protect your skin from the sun. Off the shoulder seams remove friction while wearing a ruck - which we hope you do often.
