The only difference is in the height of the bipods. The S-25 extends from 11"-25" versus the S-25C which extends from 13-1/2" to 27".

Still the best. Great for traditional rifles on rugged terrain. I've yet to find a bipod that beats the versatility of Harris Bipods. It may be pricey fir some but they are made for a lifetime of abuse.. The original and still the best.
