The Harvard Apparatus High Solution 20 Reaction Kit 45-0804 was developed for use with a 20mL Bunsen burner for the efficient and economical generation of hydrogen peroxide. With a three-pronged burner and a 20 mL kerosene heater, the Harvard Apparatus High Solution 20 Reaction Kit generates two or more equal volume solutions at atmospheric pressure. A reversible heater can be placed in series with the catalyst vessel or flame directed upward through a 20 mL drum thereby reducing run times. The two or more stainless steel stir bars may be placed in series with the reaction vessels or in series with the reacting stowage tubes. The three mL bottles provide a supply of degassed hydrogen peroxide to initiate a reduction reaction or a flameless photochemical reduction of hydrogen peroxide to protect the catalyst.
