You can hoist up to 40 LBS weight and spool it out on the ground before climbing the tree and utilizing the hoist line. Then, simply tie a simple knot in the line and grab the tangle free flat line and pull the hoist towards you. Once you have your stand up, simply hang your feet so the line can slide naturally back to the reel and clip the EZ-twist GEAR TIE. Once the line is taut simply clip the tangle free flat line back onto the GEAR TIE and you are ready for adventure.
