The HEVI-Shot 20 gauge HEVI Bismuth is an economical line of 20 Gauge Ammo that's safe for older model and classic double-barrel shotguns. As upland shotgun shells, the HEVI-Bismuth is intended for hunting quail, pheasant, grouse, and other upland game birds. The company says using the bismuth pellet blend, the shot shell is 22 percent denser than steel and therefore more lethal downrange.
The 20 gauge shell is packed full of the tungsten metal, filling up 9.6 grams per cubic centimeter. The shell itself measures in at 2.72 inches in length with a 1-ounce charge weight.
