Hsgi makes solid gear. The bleeder is no diffrent. The fact that it only takes two molle rows and has a secure pouch for trama shears is what makes this my favorite ifak. Just enough room for tourniquet, compression bandage and guaze/quick clot.

The High Speed Gear Bleeder / Blowout Pouch is a compact, yet feature-rich medical IFAK for mounting on plate carrier or belt. These Medical Pouches by High Speed Gear are constructed from 1000D Cordura and come with a variety of interior and exterior attachment points, and has a quick-pull interior strap so you can easily access the contents of the main pouch with one hand when needed. This High Speed Gear Bleeder / Blowout Kit Pouch includes a rear slot for medical shears with a snap and strap closure with a grommet on the bottom for drainage. For mounting on belts, the High Speed Gear Adaptable Belt Mount Bleeder / Blowout Pouch is a solid choice as it also offers laser-cut MOLLE webbing on the sides for additional attachments. When seconds count, you'll be thankful for the numerous Velcro and interior/outerwear pocket combinations that have been created.image
