Easy to convert a standard bead to a Hi- Viz
Pros: Easy to install/Variety of different screw threads to fit most guns/ abundance of extra lite pipes
Cons: Screw head slot is easily damaged if you don't use a hollow ground screw driver blade

I really like these sights with the variable size lite sticks. These allow you to vary ti size to your requirements. The multiple colors of lite pipes are great and collect light at very low levels. The come with mounting screws for most shotgun.

Fantastic Sight for shotguns. It is easy to replace and install. Very bright and visible. Comes with extra pieces of different colors. I use for skeet shooting and it makes it easy to track the pigeons without looking for the front sight.
