Install was easy and straightforward. Works as intended, if the target is back lighted you don't get the effect of the lightpipe. It has a good effect when glowing, I like it and would recommend. I prefer the red lightpipe over the green.

Made exclusively for the SR22 version of the Ruger pistol the HiViz Ruger SR22 Front Sight -Green is an optics accessory that can take your skills as a marksman to the next level. It is made tough to last built to endure the rigors and wear and tear that can come from a semi-automatic weapon being discharged. The laser sight works well in all light conditions and it has enough battery life to last for several hours between charges. It is lightweight and will not impede the shooting action of the pistol. Ruger SR22 interchangeable style front sight includes three LitePipes in green red and white carrying case and key. No fitting required sight locks in place with two set screws on the sight dovetail.image
