Possibly. You can have tights groups, but Every manufacturer is different and even within the same mfg and the same bullet weight but different lots, your shot groups can vary locations on the target from you initial zero. 0-150m, shooting center of mass,... probably wouldn't matter.
Hornady does not make the Flex Tip ammo in 5.56. However, Hornady recently developed a similar line of ammo for 5.56 with there CX bullet which we currently do not have available.
Best bullet for knockdown power have killed several auodad whitetails axis and 2 elk not bad for a 55 grain bullet, you don’t need a .300 win mag to get the job done unless you plan on shooting out to 4-500 yds+
