Hornady Ammo 308 Win 165gr SST SPF/20 80983. I shot this out of a Bergara hmr b14. When compared to 165 fedral gold, the Hornady was 8in higher at 200 yards. It was a windy day and I couldn’t stack the rounds. But it was considerably higher.
Excellent ammo. This ammo is accurate. Shooting my TC Compass, I can make three holes touch. Terminal performance is excellent on Whitetail and Hogs! This cartridge is accurate and hits with a punch.
Tried many different Rounds in my palmetto state armory AR10 but seemed to favor 165-168 gr ammo from Hornady or Federal....Federal in my opinion 1st choice very clean!¡!!!!!!! ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I love this round. All Hornady rounds are good but this is probably one of their best. I originally used federal fusion but this is a whole lot better. Have not had any feeding issues with this ammo and I would recommend.
