package contents: 2 batteries w/usb charger Is there supposed to be a charger also? I received 2 batteries and a cable.

There are small usb-c ports in each battery - Plug the 2 usb-c cables into the battery ports & plug the other end into a wall socket. You'll need a wall charger (same as your android phone charger)
