Is this 7.62x39 flash hider OK to use on a 7.62x51 rifle?

This is product code 1799. On the Huxwrks site it is listed as "Flash Hider-QD 762 5/8x24". There is no reference to x39 vs x51. There is no other suppressor for 762 Caliber so length of projectile should not matter and it looks like this is the only QD flash hider for the Flow 762.

Does the extra long version extend a 13.7” to 16” when installed and pin and welded?

According to Huxwrx website this will extend a 13.7 inch barrel to 16 inches when pinned and welded.

The Flash Hider is designed to mitigate flash when unsuppressed. Flash Hider is compatible with 556k, 556, 762, 762 Ti and Magnum Ti suppressors. (Regular) Muzzle device length is 2.3 inches, and length added to barrel is 1.7 inches. (Long) Muzzle device length is 2.7 inches, and length added to barrel is 2.1 inches. on barrels with 0.6 inch threads.image

NOTE: Larger caliber mounts are NOT compatible with smaller caliber suppressors. Smaller caliber mounts ARE compatible with larger caliber suppressors.
