Thermocol Tecni-Cloth cleanroom wipers provides an ideal wiping surface for cleaning personnel without the transfer of dirt and debris. Nonsterile wipers are ideal for wiping clean benches, optics, environmental housings, valves, instrument handles, valves, etc.; for pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, aerospace, and electronics and general manufacturing applications in cleanrooms. This premium laundered wiper is manufactured with highly absorbent material and is laundered after each use. The unique blend of polyether polystryene and polyether polyurethane creates a launderable product that provides a clean reliable wipe. Laid to lay flat when opened, the wiper leaves a fresh impression for the user to sanitize the wiper and create a static-free environment. Laundered wipers are color-coded and identified on the wiper by color-coded towel center lint/silver containing a reusable cleaning cartridge. Bags provide an easy-to-use, disposable cleaning solution. Bags provide an ideal method for cleaning large volume manufacturing operations. Providing an alternative to anti-microbial cleanroom wipers, this ITW Tecni-Cloth cleanroom wiper also reduces the spread of harmful bacteria and molds by trapping and destroying surface bacteria.
