Utilizing a vented loop prevents back siphoning of liquid waste from a toilet below the waterline. An anti-siphon safety device, the Jabsco Toilet Vented Loop works when the toilet is installed in a static or heeled boat. The toilet's bowl should be installed directly into the loop with the hose connection as close to the waterline as possible. A vented loop will allow the bowl to seat fully immersed in water, preventing back siphoning. A vented loop will allow the bowl to seat fully immersed in water, preventing back siphoning. A vented loop will prevent liquid waste from re-entering the bowl while the toilet is in use and only operates while the hose is connected to the septic tank. A vented loop prevents liquid waste from backing up into the bowl and causing a back-flow of liquid waste into the bowl. A waste hose clamp is included to secure the bowl onto the waste hose clamp. A vented loop must be installed at each septic tank outlet and the pickup tube entering the tank at the same time. Failure to install the loop at each septic tank reveals back-siphoning.
