Product Info for Jacob Grey Firearms 7.62x39 Threaded AR Heavy Barrel

The Jacob Grey AR-15 heavy parkerized 7.6239 barrel has a carbine length gas system with a 1:10 twist rate. Our 7.6239 parkerized rifle barrels are made from the finest 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium and precisely rifled for high accuracy. They are then hardened and stress relieved to withstand the effect an AK round can give a barrel. Use a Jacob Grey AR barrel in your next AR15 build and experience superior performance backed by a lifetime warranty against defects!image

All finished barrels go through a 100% inspection process. Inspections equipment includes CMMs and Air Gauges for the bores as well as visual and machine inspection.

Jacob Grey recommends an enhanced firing pin and Winchester 123gr ammunition with our 7.6239 barrels. H3 Buffers and heavy-duty bolt extractors are also recommended in any AR-platform rifle firing this round.
