Product Info for JMac Customs AB-9 Arm Bar with Folding Buttplate for 5.5mm Folding AKs
(A)rm(B)ar(9)inch + AB-FB Folding Buttplate + SM-5.5 (not assembled). Lightweight and Rigid! Modular Design - Brace/Stock with many mounting options. Integrated QD Sling Socket. This buttplate mounts to the end of our AB (Arm Bars)
SM adapters utilize the factory rear trunnions and eliminate the need for additional adapters or folding mechs.
This version of the SM stock/brace adapter is specifically made for the Russian 5.5mm pin folding stocks. 5.5mm trunnions can be found in the SGL (Saiga) rifles and on the new KUSA KP-9 & KR-9, not to mention, the trunnion itself is more readily available than the 4.5mm version.
This stock adapter, like the rest of the SM line, will allow you to install all of our Arm Bar and Stocks as well as SIG style stocks. Cheek wield is adjustable by moving the stock/brace up or down on the adapter.
Installing a stock on your pistol makes it an SBR. You are responsible for knowing and following your local/state/federal laws!
