This is one of best buffer tubes available. I bought to upgrade a 6.5 mm Grendel I have for Hunting. The tube is a tight Milspec and the coating is very durable. As a bounus it has 7 adjustment spots instead of the standard 6.

The buffer tube is amazing, absolutely love it. But the “enhanced” castle nut chipped easily during installation. Feels very cheap and wish I never put it on. If you can, just buy the buffer tube

Product Info for JP Enterprises Enhanced Carbine Buffer Tube
This JP-SPEC revision of the standard Mil-spec buffer tube improves on the original in both design and finish. The manufacturer have included an addition stock position (for a total of seven) and given a finer surface finish for smoother function. This design is also designed to allow extra threading into the receiver, which optimizes protrusion for use with JP Silent Captured Springs.
