Kershaw Knives Speedform II Knife: There really is no other knife like this one-except, of course, for the original Speedform. The Kershaw Knives Speedform 2 Knife shares the same blade and handle profile as the original, but then this made in specialized factories knife goes its own way. The blade steel is ELMAX, a third-generation powdered steel. Incredibly clean, ELMAX has virtually no nonmetallic inclusions and offers an extremely uniform distribution of carbides. A high chromium-vanadium-molybdenum alloyed steel, ELMAX combines high wear resistance with corrosion resistance. It polishes beautifully and can be hardened to 60+ on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. With ELMAX, the Kershaw Knives Speed Form II Knife's blade is hard, resistant to wear and corrosion, and comes wicked sharp right of out the box. The Kershaw Knives Speed Form 2 Knife's handle is 3-D machined G-10 for a handsome look as well as extreme durability and resistance to environmental extremes. With its high-performance steel and machined handles, the knife is tough enough to take on a wide variety of every day tasks, yet slim, sleek, and striking enough to serve as a gentleman's knife. It weighs just over three ounces, so it's comfortable to carry, too. The pocketclip of the Kershaw Knives Speed-Form 2 Knife can be reversed for tip-up or tip-down carry, and the handle is drilled to accept a lanyard.![]()
