Carboy cap is standard and accepts a full range of chemical solutions for qualitative analysis. Carboy mouth is equipped with a large filling hole and a large neck that reduces breakage during sampling and filling. Ordering Information: Borosilicate glass and nickel-plated metal fittings are polished before receiving samples. The outer surface of the bottle is fire-polished and the inner bottle is unpolished. The neck is reinforced from a stainless steel wire with a double clamp. The plug-sealed mouth is made from copper and tapered steel for tight seals and good chemical resistance. The carboy is assembled from a single piece of annealed tempered glass with a polyethylene plug. The neck has a generous filling hole for complete mixing and filling.
