Product Category Description:

These funnels have an increased or decreased u-tube section which can be used for easier filling. The increased surface of the KIMAX filling funnels has been designed to improve the flow of liquids through the filling funnel. The shorter stem increases the range of angles for which a funnel may be used. To fill a funnel, fill the vessel, and then place the funnel in position in the funnel spout. After filling, remove the funnel, and place it in the sink or another suitable container, wash it, and let it cool. A few drops of oil from the funnel stem may be used to fill and clean a funnel. Before commencing work on a new batch of samples, remove and clean the funnnels, clean them, and place them in the freezer.
