Serrated at the tip, they can be used in the oral, fine-needle, or sterile pipet tips. The long length and reduced tip bulk make them ideal for use in most manual pipettors with a one-piece tip. Nonsterile pipets are ideal for use with a one-piece tip. Nonsterile pipets are intended for research use only and are not intended for clinical diagnostic use. Contrary to most pipets, Kimble/Kontes Pipet Sero Ps 25x.2ML CS200 56800 25210 pipets are intended for use with a press and workhorse pipet tips. They are not intended for use with sterile pipet tips. The 25x, 2ML Sero tips are formulated for use in the sterile pipettor or similar devices. Nonsterile pipettors are intended for research use only and are not intended for use in clinical diagnostic procedures. Contrary to popular belief, plastic pipettors do not leak. The pipetor is inert to prevent cross contamination of pipets and fittings. The smooth, rounded tip assures accuracy and eliminates clogging.
