The Knives of Alaska Muskrat D2 Fixed Blade Knife is an excellent hunting knife that will all but do the job for you. Manufactured using a rockwell hardness of 59-61, this Fixed Blade Knife from the experts at Knives of Alaska was built to withstand the test of time. The top side of the Knives of Alaska Muskrat D2 Fixed Blade Knife is a rounded "J" that starts at the tip and goes all the way around the handle. With a smooth, rounded edge, the knife allows the skinner to cut in both directions with a quick flick of the wrist. The thin .080" thick blade is D-2 tool steel and holds an incredible edge. Each of the Knives of Alaska Muskrat D2 Fixed Blade Hunting Knives comes with an oiled, vegetable-tanned, hard-wearing, vegetable-tanned, full-grain leather sheath is embossed with the company's logo and is signed by the company's President, Ken Knutson.
