The Konus Pro Fission 2.0 1x40mm, 4 MOA Red Dot Sight does not have shake awake feature. To turn the sight on and off you will need to press the activation button on the side of the sight.

Is this compatible with a ruger mark 4 Expert Answer

Yes. The Konus Pro Fission 2.0 comes with a picatinny mount that will attach to the top rail of your Ruger MK4. The Fission 2.0 features a 4.0 MOA dot and is powered by an included CR2032 battery.

I found this product to be very easy to install and use. I just got it set up and haven’t taken to range yet, so I cannot comment on how this handles when shooting. But, I am very happy with the product especially at the current price point
