The wing (or claw) is designed to sit behind the belt and rotate the grip in to the body and is specifically meant for light bearing holsters. It is designed specifically for appendix carry, but it will work the same, regardless of position. Made of injection-molded plastic, these wings are much more durable than the kydex versions. This is the light-bearing ModWing, a variation of our most popular wing for appendix carry intended for light-bearing holsters and the one we most recommend. Designed to be ambidextrous, and with two different wing tips, it's definitely the most modular as it ultimately allows for three different amounts of grip tuck. We can make no guarantee that it will fit your holster, but it should fit any holster with a standard 5/8 holster hardware hole spacing. We do include two #8-8 eyelets with your purchase of a ModWing. Why They are intended to be used in the ModWing's mounting holes which reduces the internal dimension and improves the stability of the ModWing. This leads to less movement or drifting or twisting of the ModWing on the face of the holster. The eyelets also protect the face of the holes from marring from screws. The eyelets pair really well with a .75 oval head screw, which is how most of our holsters come.
