These fit 9mm and .40 S&W threaded barrels for glock pistols. However, they provide no cushion for the thread protector. Simply racking the slide will loosen the thread protector. Not sure what these rings are intended to do.

These are orings. I hope they hold up over time. I think they are high temp. I got them for a decent price to add to a barrel that came without and have a couple spares. Havnt put them through much abuse at this point.

Prevent your thread protector from backing out while shooting by adding our threaded barrel retainer O-Rings to your barrel setup.image

This is not your standard rubber O-Ring, these thin lo-profile O-Rings are made of Viton ( fluorocarbon elastomer ) and can withstand temperatures from -15 degress to 450 degrees fahrenheit. The material is also resistant to cleaning solvents, oils and other chemicals that will break down regular rubber O-rings. The retainer O-ring is not visbile when your thread protector is tightened into place and are perfectly sized to prevent movement.
