These polypropylene tubes are designed to be shelf stable and provide an excellent fit for caps with Bayer assays. Their unique square base provides an excellent fit for automated microbiological media readers and allows visual inspection of the media without breaking the caps. They also provide good chemical compatibility for a variety of organic solvents including hexane, acetone, ethers and aldehydes. Tubes have an incorporated wax ring at the base of the tube. Tube caps are not included. Ordering Information: The tubes listed below are supplied without caps. Please specify the correct caps for your application. Caps are sold separately.
