Straight ampules feature a wide mouth, short side wall to admit wide range of liquids or powders and a short, curved, spout designed to prevent leakage. Ampules are supplied with either a standard spout or a T-seal closure. The spout is designed to seal against any object, such as a lid or bottle, when a plug is present, according to standard operating procedures. Delivery information: Standard syringe is a standard syringe with a standard mouth. Wide mouth ampule is a standard mouth ampule with a wide mouth to admit unlimited amounts of liquid. When a plug forms on the syringe, a vent is created which reduces the flow of liquid to the sample. A vent appears on the top of the ampule, which should be blown out to prevent leakage. The second Ampule is a straight-sided ampule with a tapered base. The plug forms a seal with the sample and prevents it from working loose. The second Ampule is a straight-sided ampule which holds 100 1L bottles.
