Designed for use in batch production or in the glove box of a mobile device, this biosafety green serum is free from DNase, RNase, pyrogens and heavy metals and is stable at room temperature. This batch was made using modified Corning BioCoat Plus Gen III resins that are free from DNase, RNase, pyrogens and heavy metals. This batch has a finished protein content of 13 kDa which offers compatibility with most western blot methodology procedures. The color of the batch was carefully optimized for maximum solubility and optical transmission to allow visualization of the color changes in the lab. There is no visible degradation of the color in the lab. The traditional solubility flagellum plug insures solubility of the protein in solution and provides a consistent method based on standard techniques. There is also a bar coding system with two or more colors to facilitate sorting and sample tracking. The color of the solubilized protein in the batch or individual reaction is easily distinguished from the undiluted protein standard. Each vial is clearly numbered and individually weighed.
