Designed for the removal of cations and anions from gas streams. Low-charge density makes it an excellent choice for qualitative gas chromatography applications. Deionization cartridges feature a reversible valve that allows the user to select the desired deionization. Choose from automatic (DSS) or manual operation. Cartridges are certified to be free of DNase, RNase, and pyrogens. The manual operation of the cartridge removes ions by chemical adsorption. The membrane is then washed with a phosphate-based solution and the chlorine ions are then removed with a sand treatment unit. The automatic cartridge removal device prevents the user from continually blowing on the elutriator pad and causes less damage to the Cartridge and deionization unit.
