Centrifugal pump assemblies and rotors for these centrifugal concentrator systems provide a uniform flow through the tubing and outlet or rotors and high efficiency for isolol preparation. Round and square rotors simplify the centrifugation procedure. The rotor with the shortest outside diameter rotor has been shown to have the highest efficiency. The rotor with the longest outside diameter rotor has been shown to have the highest efficiency. Hexagonal rotors provide high efficiency in the collection of small cell separations. Packaging for isolating small cell suspensions from urine, blood, fecal exudates, and urine sedimentation.
