Simply add the sample and gently thum the refracting surface to generate a solution of known composition. After the sample is in the refracting zone, turn the tube to obtain a solution of known concentration. A visible color change in the solution indicates that the solution is changing and a spike or fouling is present. Eliminate the need to grind or crush samples to release more samples at once. Vials also prevent cross contamination as samples are placed side by side. The shape of the vial shoulder makes it easy to place a wide variety of samples into the vial. Each vial has a bar across the top and an extra groove below the bar for vertical or diagonal slosh. Each vial has an embossed handle which makes the tube handling easy. The Vials are supplied with a Certificate of Conformity.
