Back washing feature on the Labconco Model SF2 Improves lifetime of the bag by trapping most particulates as they pass through the bag. This improves the chemical and odor protection of the bag. Enhanced flow rate may be achieved by extending the bag closer to the hood exit. Actual particulates trapped in the bag include He, Cs, and heavier Nitrogen and heavier He, K and Mo.
