A special service fixture for the insertion of a purge/infusion pump into a water-jacketed chamber. The purge/infusion port allows the exchange of culture medium without dilution of the donor sample. The fixed-pouch purge system eliminates the need for manual back-mixing. The modular construction allows the purge/infusion port to be used as a stand-alone fixture by removing the water pick. It can also be used as an inline fixture for sterility testing of small volume dilution buffers. The service fixture has a non-corrosive brass spigot for connecting purification solutions. Ordering Information: The Lewyfix accessory hose with purge is required for all dilution experiments.
