Formaldehyde-treated sorbitol is processed through a unique dual-phase chromatography column that provides high sensitivity detection of formazan dyes, a color change from solution to gas indicating color change, and unchangeable high retention color characteristics from protein to nucleic acids. Select the column that meets your current needs by selecting the appropriate cell type from the dropdown menu. For example, the Alfa column has two compartments, a cylindrical bottom, and a rectangular top. The extracting funnel allows the sorbitol to be introduced from the bottom, and the cotton wool pad on the top and nonwoven bottom reduces surface tension and achieves an outer surface that is non-abrasive and removes lint and other debris. The double seal across the top of the cell provides leakproof performance. The formicanum filter enhances the optical transmission of the sorbitol peroxide dyes, which are color-coded for trace element analysis. Also, the color coding allows for traceability of procedures and processes.
